When you buy a grill, we will send you a homekit with a returnlabel. When you receive the homekit, you follow our tutorial on how to take good dental impressions. When the dental impressions are finished you send it back to us, using the returnlabel. Then we make the grillz for your dental set, and send the final grillz to you.

After we receive your dental impression it will take 2-3 weeks before the grillz are done. It's hard to calculate the shipping time for the homekit back and fourth, and for the final grillz. We ship with Postnord and it's usually only a couple of days shipping, each way.

abcd metal offers freeshipping on all orders in Denmark. The freeshipping is included for the homekit back and fourth to you and us. And for the final grillz when they are done.

We will try out best to accommodate every customers need. Since every order for grillz is custom we don't allow returns. If the grillz don't fit we will try to solve the issue on a customer to customer basis, you can always book a free appointment at our studio and we will solve the problem.
